The Company
M.C. ENGINEERING Srl, established in 1994 by professionals with a long experience in the military, railway and industrial engineering, was introduced on the market to supply, on the one hand, design services and/or industrial products of the highest technical and technological quality and, on the other hand, OEM or “Custom Design” products at low costs so as to be able to compete and meet the challenge on the international market.
The human resources of the Company have been organized so as to be the most supple, efficient and adaptable structure in order to offer to Customers services of the highest professional value at reduced costs and short lead times.

The structure is composed of 20 persons, as follows:
• the core, whose task is the management of all negotiation, analysis, system coordination and design definition activities;
• a group of operators (employees and/or free lance professionals) able to work under the coordination and the responsibility of the core to achieve goals;
• various Companies that manufacture finished and/or semi-finished products, under the direct responsibility of the core.

The suppliers are qualified and controlled in accord with the procedures of Quality Management System ISO 9001:2000.
Since 2000, MC Engineering owns a Quality Management System UNI EN ISO 9001:94.
The Quality Management System of the company, certified in 2002 by Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance as UNI EN ISO 9001:2000, includes:
• control of products which do not meet the requirements;
• control of documents and data;
• continuous improvement;
• development and evaluation of the system.
In order to control the efficiency and efficacy of the Quality Management System, all data resulting from the auto-evaluation (our ‘hits’ and areas to be improved) are processed with those obtained by Pareto Analyses, based upon Customers claims and products which do not meet the requirements, the analysis of Quality costs and the results of the performances indicators on processes/sub-processes.
